Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work for
whatever reason and we will gladly accept returns on regularly
stocked merchandise under the following conditions. Returns must
be sent within 7 days of your receipt of the merchandise. If you
are unsure of a pattern, or quality of the item, we suggest
order a pillow sham, a wash cloth to sample the items first. All
merchandise must be repackaged as originally shipped and include
all tags, inserts and packaging. A copy of the sales receipt
must be included with all returned goods. The merchandise must
be in new and unused condition with no indication of use. The
amount of credit given will be for the merchandise only and does
not include shipping and handling costs. Cost for returned
merchandise will include 25% for restocking and 2% for credit
card services and will be deducted from your refund. All returns
must be approved and be sent with an authorization number
attached to the package. Returns should be sent to: Amelia

32034. Items should be in original packaging and packed exactly
as original shipment. Shipping must be prepaid and insured by a
traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. DISCONTINUED ITEMS OR
SALE ITEMS, CUSTOM MADE MERCHANDISE OR SPECIAL ORDERS, ALL
MONOGRAMED ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE CANCELLED
ONCE ORDERS HAVE BEEN PLACED AND CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION GIVEN VIA
EMAIL. THE MASTER SUITE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN
DEEMED TO BE IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION.
Backordered Items
If we do not have an item in stock it can usually be
backordered providing it is not a discontinued item. Backorders
typically take 2-3 weeks to reach you. Occasionally an item
placed on special order may take several weeks longer if our
supplier does not have the item in stock. Your credit card will
be charged when the order is placed with the vendor and shipped
as quickly as possible. If for any reason they vendor can not
fill the order, you will be notified of cancellation of the
order. All special order requiring embroidery, monograming, or
custom sizing are non-refundable and non-returnable.

we recognize some people may be more comfortable placing an
order over the telephone and we also offer this option. Store
hours are 10AM to 5PM, Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday through
Thursday and 10:00AM to 6PM on Friday and Saturday.
Shipping
The Mastersuite ships Ups ground or Priority Mail Monday
through Friday excluding Holidays. Faster service is also
available for additional cost and can include over night, 2day
and 3day. Please call for estimate. (904-261-6963). All items in
stock will ship the same day if received before 12:00.
Pricing
The Mastersuite makes every effort to guarantee that the
pricing of all items is correct. However, should there be a
pricing discrepancy, we reserve the right to notify the customer
of the correct price, and give the customer the option to
purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order. We
will be glad to match any price on a new, identical item of the
same pattern, color, and style. Please supply us with the
information of where you found the competitive pricing. Products
on our site that have been "cached" by a customer’s computer or
Internet Service Provider (ISP) that have out-of-date sale
prices or prices that have changed, will not be honored.
